A new cure for malaria.

In the MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 products, Millenia Hope has a new, safe, effective and affordable cure for a global catastrophe.

MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 is a cure that does not increase the patient's anemia, by specifically targeting the parasites and the infected red blood cells. The product does not interfere with the biochemistry that may kill uninfected cells.

This is an anti-malaria treatment that eliminates all developmental stages of the parasite in humans. A 3-5 day treatment with MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18, quickly controls clinical symptoms.


A rapid effective medication

Patients have been successfully treated with MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 in our clinical trials.

MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 has an efficacy equivalent to the major products on the market today at considerably lower dosages, without their parasitic resistance problem.

With MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18, fever symptoms subside within 1-3 days. The parasitaemia is significantly decreased in 3 days, clearance is seen within 7 days and appears to be maintained over a minimum of 28 days.

The product restores the hematocrit fully within 14 days, and supports the overall immune response, rapidly aiding the patient's clinical recovery.

MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 even kills multi-drug resistant strains of malaria in pre-clinical studies and is seen to maintain excellent efficacy in the clinical settings where there is a high prevalence of multi drug resistant parasites.


A safe product

In clinical trials, MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 has been shown to cause extremely infrequent, mild and transient side effects, even at higher doses. Safer than any other
treatment on the market, based on side effect profiles in preclinical toxicology studies and in the field, the product shows:

a. No skin irritation reactions caused by super sensitivity
b. No personality changes or psychosis or other central nervous system symptoms
c. No anorexia, patients gain weight and are quickly reestablish a healthy appetite
d. No known drug resistance triggered in parasites
in the regions where the treatment has been used for generations.


An ideal combination therapy

Early pre-clinical studies show that MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 is compatible with other drugs in combination therapies and may even enhance the effect of chloroquine through a synergistic mode of action. The treatment of chloroquine sensitive and resistant strains of malaria with MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 in combination with chloroquine in pre clinical studies, shows an additive effect on the inhibition of parasite growth in both strains. This is in contrast to other products where chloroquine interferes with the mode of action of the natural product producing an antagonistic effect

Previously, certain publications made unfavorable statements, unsubstantiated by the facts available even then, about Millenia and MMH™ Malarex/MMH™18. To them, and anyone who has no knowledge about our company except this scurrilous writing, we say check our track record!

We have had successful pre-clinical toxicity and efficacy tests, run by major universities in Europe and Canada. Our clinical trials run in endemic malaria areas have had excellent results, including a comparative study against a standard of care anti-malarial treatment.

But with the malaria plague gaining more strength ( there are 50% more incidences than 5 years ago) is it not a lot more important that we have saved the lives of the people suffering from this horrible disease.

We have recently hired expert consultants to guide our Health Canada and FDA approval applications. These approvals will both raise our North American profile and give us the added stamp of acceptance from the authorities in the Western Hemisphere.

We have made our first African sales this summer, more than $200,000 in Guinea (Conakry) and Mali, from contracts that could potentially reach 150,000 treatments, worth up to $1.1 million. With further large- scale projects coming to fruition and the expectation of other national orders, we could sell up to 350,000 treatments by the end of the next fiscal year, yielding $2.5million of revenue and gross profit of $1.4 million.

At a major AIDS conference held in Boston in 2005, our preliminary results describing the initial hits that we obtained screening for HIV 1 RNase H were presented. This created great interest in our program and has led to inquiries from several large pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

We are still a highly motivated group of people, working closely together to improve health in and bring hope to a continent and to a people who have had little of either commodity in their ongoing battle against this killer disease.

WILMINGTON, Del., -- Millenia Hope Inc., a biopharma corporation ( OTC Bulletin Board = MLHP ) , has acquired a patent (pending) on AIDS that specifically describes compounds that inhibit HIV-1 RNase_H. The viral RNase_H has been shown to be essential for HIV replication. There are no inhibitors of HIV-1 RNase_H in clinical development at this time. In fact, very few such inhibitors have even been identified for this target. Successful development of this drug will play an important role in the treatment of AIDS patients who have become resistant to current therapy. Projected revenue for an orally bio-available (first in class) drug for AIDS is estimated at $350-$500 million US. The current market of AIDS drugs is $6 billion US, estimated to reach $10 billion by 2010. New Contract to Also Generate Further Sales Over 12 Months
